General Questions

• CGPublisher is a free software that helps you publish, with one easy-to-use application, seller's 3D products in several marketplaces at the same time.

• Our goal is not to win money but to help the community to make things easier and faster. This is the only way the community will keep growing.

• Of course we do! CGUpload is a little team of people working for free on software and design created for this site. While all of the effort is currently through unpaid friends, we need some financial assistance to purchase bandwith, hosting and some kind of payment for them to guarantee that we will always have enough resources to serve you and the community.

• You only need Java 1.5 or later, internet connection and products to publish in a 3D marketplace. CGPublisher works in Windows, Mac and Linux.

• Our goal is to give a fast access to every marketplace at the same time to avoid the wasting of time of publishing in one and another web site.

• CGUpload DOES NOT collects personal information when you use their software. We are 100% transparent about our security procedures and you can read about them in detail on the Privacy page.

Publishing Questions

• CGPublisher always creates a new product, it doesn't update any product existing in your marketplace account.

Connectivity Issues

• Check that you have installed Java 1.5 or later.
• Try downloading and running the latest version from our website.
• If that does not help, please email bugs@cgupload.com for technical support and we will figure out what went wrong.

• Make sure your network connection is ok and you can connect to the Internet.
• Make sure your firewall isn't blocking CGPublisher.

Frequent Feature Requests

• Yes! CGPublisher is written in Java so it's cross-platform.

• Not yet. However, we will be translating CGPublisher into other languages in the future and will ask the user community to help us out.

• Not yet. However, it will be possible in the future.

• Absolutely! Our goal is that CGPublisher will support every shop that exists so if you know any particular shop currently not supported by the software, please email features@cgupload.com.
